The MBBS program of the department comprising theory, practical, small group teaching/tutorial sessions has been 

running smoothly, weekly program of which are as follows:

• Vertical and horizontal integration of topics are done as per CBME curriculum and latest NMC guidelines.
• Time to time students of phase 2 are involved in short term independent research projects as well as ICMR- STS projects.
• Students of phase 2 are assigned to prepare and present posters on various topics during their 1 year training period.
• Third phase students are involved in real time prescription audit and ADR reporting under Pharmacovigilance program of India as part of training under elective subject as per NMC guidelines.

The MD (Pharmacology) degree program of the department comprising lectures, seminars, journal clubs, group

discussion and practical demonstrations has been running smoothly, weekly program of which are as follows:

• PG students participate in patient care service by attending duty at General OPD clinic on every Tuesday as per official duty roster.
• PG students attend various conferences and workshops as delegates to improve their knowledge and skill.
• PG students appear for oral and poster presentation in various national and state level conferences as per NMC guidelines.
• PG students publish research articles in various indexed journals as per NMC guidelines.
• PG students complete their GCP, BCLS training programmes and Basic Course on Biomedical Research as per NMC guidelins.
