WELCOME TO NRSMCH RADIOLOGY DEPARTMENT

The Department of Radio diagnosis, NRSMCH, is one of the best department of the hospital and it plays a pivotal role for the diagnosis and radiological interventions for patient care services. The department has been introduced since the establishment of hospital. Our department is  well equipped state of art  instruments . Almost all  modern radio-logical facilities are available in our department . The staff and technicians of the department are well trained and co-operative and the department is engaged to serve the patients round the clock. The concept and formation of IRIA is initiated and materialized from the  Department of Radio-diagnosis, NRSMCH. We, the Doctors , Technicians are proud of our department and strive for its betterment.

PATIENT CARE SERVICES

  • Round The Clock patient care services including X-RAYS, CONTRAST STUDY AND SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS AND  ULTRASONOGRAPHY, 
  • MAMMOGRAPHY, CT AND MRI , DSA done on regular basis.
  • interventions like FNAC, BIOPSY, and other interventional procedures done regularly.

  • MBBS Lecture classes taken as per NMC recommendation.

PG PROGRAMMES:-

  • Nine PGTs belonging to MD each year respectively, total 27 Post Graduate Trainees are posted in the Department for fulfilling  teaching-learning components as per their curriculum.
  • Regular seminars, Journal Clubs, CMEs, Short research study conduction & case discussion are going on in the department.
  • Guidance to PGTs/PDTs/Junior faculty of different disciplines for developing research proposal/conducting research/analyses of research data etc.
