  2. 2. Make payment of fees in the designated bank account through Net Banking/Mobile Banking/NEFT/RTGS/DEBIT CARD and take a print out of the Transaction acknowledgement.

  3. 3. Fill up the admission form online by clicking on this link (admission_registration_pg2020) and take a print out of the same before submission.

  4. 4. Get all the documents as mentioned in the circular plus the print outs of filled up admission form and bank transaction document ready, before scanning. Candidate must sign on the bonds, admission form, hand written declaration and bank transaction acknowledgement documents before scanning

  5. 5. Scan all the required documents as a single pdf file and rename the file by first name of the candidate. File size should be 1MB or less

  6. 6. Once all the documents are scanned as a single pdf file, send a confirmatory mail addressed to The Principal, N R S Medical College, 138 A J C Bose Road, Kolkata – 700014, attaching the pdf file to the following dedicated mail id –

Fees to be paid: Rs. 19,000/- (Rupees Nineteen thousand only), with the following break up –
  • Admission Fees Rs. 2000/-
  • Tuition Fees for six months Rs. 6000/-
  • Caution Money Rs. 10,000/
  • Log Book – Rs. 1000/-

2. Result/Rank Letter issued by NBE
3. College Allotment Letter
4. Mark sheets of all the MBBS Examinations
5. MBBS degree certificate given by affiliating authority
6. Internship completion certificate, final/provisional
7. Permanent/Provisional Registration certificate
8. Birth certificate/School Leaving certificate
9. 10+2 Board’s Mark sheet
10. Any one of the following – AADHAR Card/PAN Card/Driving License/Voter Card / Passport
11. Cast certificate issued by competent authority, wherever applicable
12. Disability certificate issued by Competent Authority, wherever applicable
13. Notarised Bond document
14. Scanned copy of Hand written and self attested undertaking stating that (for online admission) “I hereby declare that all the information given/uploaded by me in the application is factually correct and true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I undertake that In the event of any information being found false or incorrect at any stage, my candidature is liable to be cancelled and I will have no claim on the seat allotted to me by the competent authority”.
Candidates applying for admission by online mode will receive the provisional admission letter through email only after confirmation of bank transaction and satisfactory verification of documents. Since confirmation of bank transaction may take some time, it is advisable that admission request be sent well ahead of the closing date. In case of up gradation, the refundable amount will be sent to the bank account from which the transaction was made, as early as possible.
